Our concierge team operates on a philosophy of anticipation. Packages are received, dry cleaning is collected, and maintenance is scheduled without you needing to ask. When you do ask, the response time target is under four minutes.

Are pets welcome in the building?

Yes. We welcome cats and dogs under 25 kg. A refundable pet deposit applies, and our concierge can arrange dog-walking services and veterinary referrals within Tsim Sha Tsui.

What is the minimum lease term?

Our standard lease is 12 months with a two-month deposit. For corporate relocations, we offer flexible six-month terms with adjusted pricing. Short-stay arrangements under six months are considered on a case-by-case basis.

Is parking included?

The Salon and Penthouse Study archetypes include one dedicated parking space. Additional spaces are available for lease separately, subject to availability. Electric vehicle charging stations are installed on every parking level.

How do you handle maintenance requests?

All requests are logged through our resident app or directly with the concierge desk. Urgent issues — plumbing, electrical, lock-outs — are attended within one hour. Routine requests are completed within 48 hours, and you receive a completion confirmation with a brief satisfaction check.
